I Now Sit and Reflect

I now sit and reflect
On my life as a whole
Where I came from
And where I'm at in my life

I can look back and say that i have made it
Through all the heartaches
Through all the let downs
Through sickness
Through inner pain

Used by family and friends
Tormented by loved ones
Brainwashed by those I trusted
And left as a voice on deaf ears

I am still here
Still alive to tell a story
Anything is possible
